SARAH ADJOA GYAMFA QUARTEY
Managing Director / CEO
Sarah Adjoa Gyamfa Quartey is the visionary Managing Director and CEO of Lees Focus Ghana Ltd. With over three decades of practical business experience, she brings strong leadership and deep entrepreneurial insight to the company’s operations in trading, logistics, civil works, and agriculture.
Her professional journey began in the mid-1990s, with over a decade of successful work in the beauty and personal care industry, before transitioning fully into general trading and merchandising. She is known for her strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to solve complex problems.
Sarah’s ability to engage across cultures and communities continues to play a vital role in the company’s growth and reputation for trust and reliability.

Emmanuel Kofi Danso
Head, Fianance & Admin
Emmanuel Kofi Danso Bio
A graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science, Emmanuel Kofi Danso, BA, MPhil, MPH, received his Diploma in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing at the Nurses Training College, Pantang. Emmanuel began his clinical nursing experience as a Staff Nurse at Accra Psychiatric Hospital, employed by the Ghana Health Service. He progressed through 10 years of inpatient and community nursing, ultimately becoming the Nursing Officer and Unit Head at the Mental Health Unit, Maamobi General Hospital. While there, he served as a member of the Quality Assurance team, overseeing the hospital’s various quality assurance and improvement activities.
In addition to his clinical duties, Emmanuel provided ongoing psychological support and organized career counseling seminars as a graduate Guidance and Counselling Coordinator. He taught Mental health-related courses at Western Hills School of Nursing, Ofankor. In 2016, Emmanuel was awarded the prestigious honor of becoming a Mandela Washington Fellow as part of President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), spending six weeks in the United States engaging in academic coursework, leadership training, and networking. In 2017, he received his MPhil in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Education, Winneba. Throughout, Emmanuel played pivotal roles as a founder and member of various community and religious-based organizations, working tirelessly as an advocate, supporter, and educator on mental health for individuals living with sickle cell disorders, as well as promoting global and cultural youth awareness.
In 2018, Emmanuel emigrated to the United States, where he works as a behavioral health specialist at Hillcrest Children and Family Center, using his clinical mental health skill sets to promote optimum mental health and address behavioral health issues for individuals experiencing severe mental illness that interferes with their ability to live in the community, attends appointments with professionals in clinics and hospitals, and manages mental health symptoms. Using a holistic approach, he collaborates with consumers to develop personalized long-term treatment plans that focus on their strengths, mental health needs, and future goals to achieve complete community integration. As an ACT specialist, Emmanuel maintains daily contact with consumers, providing around-the-clock services as an integral member of a patient-centered care team that includes a psychiatrist, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, and peer support specialists. Currently, he is also pursuing his Master of Public Health at Walden University. Emmanuel has been actively involved in community activism, volunteering at the Gilchrist Immigration Resource Center and AFS Intercultural Exchange, and serving in a leadership role at Christ Apostolic Church International as an Elder.

Osei Forson
Head, Commercial & Trading
Osei Forson is a strategic and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial operations, warehouse management, and information technology. As the Head of Commercial & Trading at Lees Focus Ghana Ltd, he leads the company’s procurement strategy, product distribution, and market development efforts both locally and internationally.
With years of practical experience in warehouse operations and commercial logistics, Osei has developed a sharp understanding of inventory systems, trade coordination, and client satisfaction. His IT background enhances his ability to optimize digital processes and implement technology-driven trading solutions for efficiency and transparency.
Educated at Ningo Secondary School and further trained in the United Kingdom, where he currently resides, Osei brings a global perspective to the company’s trading and commercial strategy. His exposure to international markets, supply chain practices, and multicultural engagement makes him an invaluable asset in expanding Lees Focus’ footprint beyond Ghana.
Osei is known for his professionalism, analytical mindset, and dedication to excellence in trade and customer relations. He continues to drive growth by building strategic partnerships, streamlining commercial operations, and ensuring the company remains competitive in a dynamic global marketplace.

Brafi Kesseh Joash
Head, Operations & Logistics
Brafi Kesseh Joash is a detail-oriented and performance-driven professional with strong expertise in operational coordination, supply chain management, and team leadership. As the Head of Operations & Logistics at Lees Focus Ghana Ltd, he oversees end-to-end logistics, resource planning, and the smooth delivery of goods and services across multiple business units.
Prior to joining Lees Focus, Brafi served as Sector Manager at Atlas Commodities for over eight years, where he developed a strong background in agricultural product coordination, field operations, and client relations. He also brings a unique edge in organizational management through his experience as a Headteacher, demonstrating leadership, structure, and people-centered planning.
He holds a Diploma in Basic Education from Wiawso College of Education and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education at Valley View University. Known for his problem-solving abilities, strong work ethic, and communication skills, Brafi is passionate about efficient systems, timely delivery, and supporting the growth of Lees Focus’ operational capacity.

Nicholas Awudza
Head, Agro-Commodities & Export
Nicholas Awudza is a seasoned supply chain and procurement professional with over 15 years of experience in Ghana’s cocoa industry and public sector logistics. As the Head of Agro-Commodities & Export at Lees Focus Ghana Ltd, Nicholas leads sourcing, quality control, and export operations for the company’s agricultural portfolio, including cocoa, cashew, pineapples, and other tropical produce.
Before joining Lees Focus, Nicholas held various senior procurement positions at Ghana Cocoa Board, Cocoa Marketing Company, and Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana, where he played key roles in supply planning, vendor management, and procurement compliance. He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS-UK).
Nicholas holds an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Coventry University (UK) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, with additional qualifications from Koforidua Polytechnic and CIPS-UK. His academic foundation and deep industry expertise make him a strategic leader in export management, quality assurance, and global trade partnerships.
In addition to his corporate work, Nicholas lectures part-time in logistics and supply chain management at GIMPA and KNUST-IDL, further demonstrating his commitment to knowledge sharing and capacity building within the sector.
